'Together we see': New DW campaign promoting dialogue

DW is reinforcing its commitment to independent, fact-based journalism through its new global campaign, "Together we see." The initiative is designed to offer clarity, encourage dialogue and support audiences in navigating an increasingly complex world and countering propaganda and misinformation.
"With a range of new crises and division across society, it's easy to see how complex global news has become," said Philipp Schäfer, DW Head of Marketing. "But there are people out there searching for a fair and balanced view of the world – and together, we can put all the pieces together. This need for independent and fact-based journalism is more important now than ever. And we can only overcome modern challenges – and really understand the world – by communicating eye-to-eye."
Fighting disinformation with dialogue
The rollout includes a coordinated social media campaign, new editorial content across DW's digital and TV platforms, a dedicated campaign website, and a series of regional events designed to foster local engagement and global conversation.
DW has long operated as a global news voice, broadcasting in 32 languages and drawing journalists from over 140 countries. The new campaign highlights that mission: delivering reliable information and offering a platform for diverse viewpoints.
With "Together we see" DW offers the flexibility to reach out in different languages, address current news events and topics, as well as promoting individual programs and products that reflect the organization's core values. Additional language versions will be introduced over the coming years.
