I had been very sick and hospitalized for quite a while with unresolved GI issues at the core of my problems. My new GP recommended Dr. Wazaz and sent a referral. I got a call from his office immediately and was given an appointment for the next day. While it is true he does not engage in idle chit chat, he looked over my lengthy online records and scheduled me for an endoscope the next morning. I had the procedure and he told me I had Crohn's disease, previously undiagnosed and needed different meds. When I went back for a follow-up visit the following week, all the findings and biopsies, confirmed his diagnosis. He said I would start on infusion therapy ASAP. As soon as insurance was lined up, I was started on Remicade. All is not perfect, and I still have a long way to go, but he definitely made a lot of progress with me.
