Dr. Castellano is a very thorough compassionate caring physician. He listened to me. he took his time explaining things to me. He gave me a very thorough examination of my nose my throat and tongue. Explained that I did not need cauterization but to use saline gel and Neilmed for a while. Also did a very thorough laryngoscopy examination to look for recurrence of cancer . highly recommend this physician
