Thank you for signing up for this exchange! This is my first time participating, so I'm excited and a little nervous. If you're excited/nervous too, I'd just like you to know that I wish you good luck and hope you enjoy whatever you decide to write!
I'd really like you to play to your strengths and have fun when you write, but here's a general rundown of what I enjoy in fic:

I'd really like you to play to your strengths and have fun when you write, but here's a general rundown of what I enjoy in fic:
I enjoy character studies and stories focused on relationship dynamics, especially if the characters/relationship grow and change throughout the story. I also very much enjoy friendships and other relationships being present within a romance-focused story and influencing the main relationship. Other pluses are pining, banter, teasing, jealousy, first kisses, and UST becoming resolved. If the story is darker or angsty, I prefer hopeful endings; I enjoy bittersweet stories. However, lighter/happier stories are more than welcome (as long as they don't come across like "everything is perfect and nothing bad has ever happened ever").
I have some more preferences and prompts, but they're fandom-specific, so I put them in the 'Description' section of my application. I'm also going to c&p them under a cut just in case (I'm not sure if that's what the 'description' section is for? :P like I said, first time). Feel free to ignore the prompts--they're just there in case you need inspiration.
