The shift to software-defined vehicles is now extending to the factory floor. 🚗 As automotive production becomes more complex, manufacturers need production systems that can evolve just as quickly as the vehicles they build. At AUDI AG's Neckarsulm plant in Germany, #Software-defined #Automation is helping make that possible through virtual PLCs and AI-powered quality inspection, creating production lines that are easier to adapt, scale, and maintain. Find out how we are working with Audi to shape the next generation of automotive manufacturing. 👇 #DigitalManufacturing

The skills gap isn't just a hiring problem. It's a knowledge transfer challenge. When 85 million skilled workers leave the workforce by 2030, they take irreplaceable expertise with them - unless we find a way to capture and share it. That's where #IndustrialAI changes the equation: turning individual expertise into collective capability. The question isn't whether you can find talent. It's whether you can scale the knowledge you already have. 💡

The biggest barriers to #AI adoption aren't always technical. As Capgemini CEO Aiman Ezzat points out, trust is just as critical. When teams don't understand how AI makes decisions or why they should rely on it, even the most advanced systems sit unused. That's why transparency and reliability matter as much as performance in #IndustrialAI. How is your organization approaching trust in AI?

A busy month for our teams. We've been working with partners across #mobility, #shipbuilding, and #space to help them tackle increasingly complex engineering challenges. - Modernizing Berlin's S-Bahn with 350 new trains - Pioneering AI-powered shipbuilding with HD Hyundai - Accelerating reusable spacecraft development with The Exploration Company Each project connects the real and digital worlds to help customers move faster and scale what works. Here's a closer look.👇

Imagine trying to build one of the most complex machines on Earth while juggling millions of parts across disconnected systems. That's the reality of modern shipbuilding. Together with HD Hyundai, we're taking the next step toward a more connected future by expanding our partnership to help create the digital shipyard of tomorrow. Using Siemens Xcelerator, #DigitalTwin, simulation, and #AI, shipbuilders can connect data across the entire lifecycle, from design and engineering to production and operations. Think of it as giving an entire shipyard a shared source of truth. Less guesswork. Better collaboration. Smarter decisions. And ultimately, better ships. 🚢

We usually don't think much about beer. 🍺 We drink it. We enjoy it. We order another. But between the brewery and that first sip, there's a lot of technology quietly doing its job. From heat and fermentation to production lines moving at impressive speeds, every bottle has a bigger story behind it than you might expect. On this #InternationalBeerDay, we've broken down 4 key steps behind the brew. 👉

🏢 Buildings generate valuable data. Yet much of it fails to drive meaningful change. The real challenge? Turning data into action. As #IndustrialAI enters the built environment, buildings are starting to understand what's happening inside them and respond autonomously. From optimizing energy consumption and indoor comfort to managing multiple sites, supporting maintenance with AI-powered robots, and enabling AI agents to make operational decisions, the next generation of #AutonomousBuilding technology is becoming more intelligent and efficient. Read this article to explore: · How industrial AI is laying the foundation for autonomous buildings · Why trust and cybersecurity matter just as much as automation · And what it will take to move from smart to truly autonomous What's your take: are we ready for buildings that think for themselves?
