All the vacant rooms are locked, so Sasuke (nor Kurou) wouldn't be able to access them, but if he presses his ear against the door, sometimes he might hear sobbing on the other side of some rooms, despite nobody going in or out in days. The conditions of the inn as a whole aren't all that great, with rust-colored stains on the wall that may resemble faces if you squint hard enough, creaking floorboards, faulty wiring that causes the lights to flicker at times or go out unexpectedly, windows that rattle and especially at night when the wind picks up, etc.

There's also been a lot of talk around town of people booking a night in the inn and never showing up again, a rumor that's been circulating for several years now.

Whether any of this is evidence of ghosts, Sasuke can interpret it how he wishes.
