Hello! My name is Cheri and I'm a forty-something mystery and science fiction writer from Seattle. I use my journal for a mix of things: journaling, work notes, travelogues, and communicating with friends and family. I'm a long-time blogger, and I'm moving my blog to Dreamwidth for better privacy controls and to avoid scraping by LLMs. Also, I love the retro aesthetic and there seem to be some really great people here.
