Behind every project there's a chance to change someone's life. After five years building delivery teams in Mexico, that's still the part of the work that drives me. My job as Customer Success and Delivery leader at DXC Luxoft is to turn a client's business need into a working process: define the delivery approach, validate roles, staffing, governance, financials. A new opportunity creates demand for engineers, project managers, QA, DevOps and other roles. Some we hire from the open market, some open a door for people on the bench to move into real client work. Client opportunity turns into stable jobs, and behind them, families with steady income. The clearest proof for me is our Internship Program in Mexico. We bring in students from different universities, sometimes with limited professional experience, for a six-month internship on real client projects: working with U.S. teams, fixing their English on the fly, watching how global delivery really runs. After two or three years, when I speak with them again, I can clearly see the difference between the student who joined the program and the professional engineer they have become. That growth is what stays with me. Our work isn't only about delivering technology projects. The product ships and eventually gets replaced.
