5 years, 5 roles and a lot of hard work. This month marks a special milestone as we celebrate Nirojan Karunanithy's 5th anniversary with Batmaid. Since starting as a Customer Experience Associate in March 2021, Niro has taken on five different roles, growing right alongside the company. Today, he serves as our Head of Operations Switzerland. From managing our Swiss teams to recently setting up our new hub in Lisbon, he’s been someone who simply gets things done, no matter the scale of the task. Beyond the work, we know Niro as someone who is truly fun to work with. He has a way of taking everything with a grain of salt, which helps the rest of us stay motivated and follow through, even when things get busy. From intern to B2B Operations Associate. Marisa Schmitt joined us in September 2024 as an intern in our B2C department. While the road hasn’t been without challenges, we’ve seen real progress, especially in the quality of our work and service.
