Le 28 juillet, le Gouvernement français a lancé l'appel à projets du PIIEC IA avec France 2030, marquant l'entrée en phase opérationnelle d'un programme impliquant 18 États membres européens sur les axes prioritaires suivants : Modèles de fondation, Solutions cloud pour l'IA, IA as a Service, Intégration sectorielle, Efficacité énergétique et accès sécurisé aux données. Au-delà des chiffres, ce programme révèle une réalité économique fondamentale : l'IA industrielle ne constitue pas, à elle seule, un actif en soi. Sa valeur dépend de sa capacité à être documentée, auditée, et transférée dans des conditions fiables. Le mécanisme PIIEC en est l'illustration : les porteurs de projets doivent démontrer le caractère incitatif de leur plan, une forte composante d'innovation vérifiable, et des retombées chiffrées. C'est une exigence de certification, pas seulement de financement. La prochaine étape pour la filière sera donc de transformer ces actifs subventionnés en actifs transactionnables avec une valorisation indépendante, une traçabilité du code, une documentation de l'IP, et une auditabilité financière.
