A: The National Meeting will take place June 9-10 at the Hyatt Regency DFW. ACS HPVRT and ACS NRTCC Steering Committee members are invited for a meeting day on June 8, prior to the general meeting. 

A: Yes! The Hyatt Regency DFW is conveniently located just a free 5-minute shuttle from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, adjacent to Terminal C. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from all DFW terminals, 24 hours a day. Once you have collected your luggage, you must call or text to request a shuttle pickup. You may reach the hotel at 972-453-1234 or text 972-325-0899, but also be sure to budget some extra time once you text the shuttle for a driver to arrive. 

DFW terminal pick-up is located on the lower level in the purple section at either end of each terminal. Hyatt shuttle pick-up points are:

• Terminal A: A10 & A35
• Terminal B: B6 & B46
• Terminal C: C10 (currently under construction)
• Terminal D: D2 & D29
• Terminal E: E10 & E31
• Note: You are looking for a large purple pillar that states “Courtesy Vans.” Once there, please call or text the number listed above to request a shuttle.

A: Yes! There is a room block that closed on May 18, 2026. Rooms booked in the room block will be $207 per night and were requested as part of registration. Hotel room confirmation emails went out the week of May 18 from the Hyatt Regency DFW. You can reach out to the Hyatt directly at 972-453-1234 with questions about your reservation.

A: Attendees of the meeting can expect breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday, June 9. Furthermore, attendees will receive breakfast and a boxed “to-go” lunch on Wednesday, June 10. Occasional snacks and complimentary coffee and water will be available throughout the meeting.

A: The Hyatt Regency DFW has three hotel restaurants:

• Jacob’s Spring Grille, serving breakfast and lunch
• ACES Lobby Bar, and
• Mister G’s

Hyatt Regency’s local Grapevine shuttle makes it easy to visit nearby shopping, dining, and attractions. The shuttle departs from the hotel at the top of the hour and offers convenient access to Historic Grapevine, Grapevine Mills, Bass Pro Shops, and more. See the front desk for more information!

If you are arriving by car, complimentary self-parking is available for the duration of your stay. When entering the airport toll gate, please be sure to go through the TICKET ONLY lane displayed in green. Take your ticket and have it validated before departure. If you use an NTTA or Texas Toll Tag, please avoid toll tag lanes to prevent charges. 

A: The National Meeting is a members-only event and due to the upcoming ACS HPVRT & ACS NRTCC unification, membership applications are on hiatus until the launch of the unified roundtable in early Fall 2026. The dress code for the meeting is business casual. Meeting rooms can sometimes be chilly, so we suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket. Comfortable shoes are encouraged, as there may be some walking between sessions and networking events.
