am extremely disappointed with my experience with Oysho and, more importantly, with how they handle customer complaints. I ordered a pair of buckled split-leather mules online and was shocked to discover that the shoes delivered to me were two different sizes. Receiving mismatched sizes in the same pair of shoes is completely unacceptable and honestly quite ridiculous. However, mistakes happen—we are all human. My real issue is not the mistake itself, but the way Oysho chose to deal with it. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they could not solve the problem. Their only solutions were for me to either: 1. Drive to Palm Jumeirah Mall (which is over an hour away from where I live), or 2. Log a return and refund request. I gave birth just days ago, which is exactly why I ordered online in the first place. The entire purpose of online shopping is convenience. Instead of taking ownership of their mistake and finding a customer-friendly solution, Oysho simply made it my problem. What is the point of online ordering and customer service if customers are left to fix errors that were not their fault? I had been wanting these shoes for a long time. I do not want a refund—I want the shoes I ordered and paid for. Instead, I wasted my time placing the order, waiting for delivery, discovering the faulty product, and then dealing with a customer service team that seemed more interested in finding the easiest solution for themselves than actually helping a customer. This experience has left me with very little confidence in ordering from Oysho again. If a company cannot properly resolve its own mistakes and expects customers to absorb the inconvenience, how can customers trust future orders? The product error was frustrating, but the customer service was what truly disappointed me. A good company is judged not by whether mistakes happen, but by how they fix them. Unfortunately, Oysho failed completely in that regard. I expected them to go the extra mile to resolve a problem they created. Instead, they offered the most inconvenient options possible and left me feeling like my loyalty as a customer meant absolutely nothing. Very disappointing and not the level of service I would expect from a brand like Oysho.
