Updates

  • Summer at Mint has been all about strengthening connections with our industry, our community, and each other. Over the past few months, our team has been proud to represent Mint at key industry events, including the Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada's Annual Conference in Vancouver, where we connected with partners from across the healthcare community and reinforced our shared commitment to improving access to high quality medicines for patients across Canada. Back home, we also had the opportunity to celebrate our people through summer barbecues, team gatherings, and a special retirement celebration for our National Sales Director, Mona Topiwala, recognizing her many years of dedication and contributions to Mint. Most recently, the Mint team rolled up our sleeves twice for our 2026 community cleanup at Edward L. Scarlett Park in Mississauga. Giving back to the neighbourhood that supports us is something we take great pride in, and it reflects our commitment to making a positive impact beyond healthcare. Thank you to our incredible team for bringing energy, enthusiasm, and purpose to everything they do. Here's to a strong finish to the summer and the exciting months ahead.

  • Last month, Mint welcomed a Canadian Olympic legend, Ross Rebagliati, to the office to help celebrate our eighth consecutive year of recognition as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. Ross was the first-ever Olympic gold medallist in snowboarding during the 1998 Nagano Winter Games. He joined us for lunch, sat down with our team, and shared his story: one of the most interesting and controversial Olympic moments of a generation. Thank you, Ross, for inspiring us and helping us mark this occasion.

  • Spring is finally here to stay, and Mint greeted the sun and warm weather with our Community Cleanup. Back in 2024, Mint proudly adopted Edward Scarlett Park, a stunning 150-acre green space adjacent to our Mississauga HQ. What started as a commitment to our local community has grown into one of our team's favourite traditions as we spend the day outdoors taking care of the park's wildlife, vegetation, and trails. We're proud to play a small part in protecting this space for our community, for all the seasons to come.

  • Last week, Mint’s commercial leadership attended the Vital Annual Conference in New Orleans, a valuable gathering of Canadian pharmaceutical and healthcare leaders focused on building a more resilient national supply chain. Beyond the sessions, a visit to Mardi Gras World offered an unforgettable behind-the-scenes look at the iconic floats and craftsmanship that define this celebration of the city's culture. Thanks to Vital for a memorable and impactful event.

  • Last week, the team at Mint Pharmaceuticals was delighted to welcome three-time Olympian and FIS Snowboard World Cup winner Elizabeth Hosking to our offices in Mississauga. We were also joined by TSN Host Raegan Subban, who led a lively Q&A discussion during this special team lunch. Fresh off competing at the 2026 Winter Olympics, Elizabeth shared powerful insights on resilience, overcoming adversity, and performing on the world stage at the highest levels of sport. As a member of the Team Canada Giving Circle, Mint is proud to have supported Elizabeth through the Canadian Olympic Foundation's Great to Gold program. Thank you, Elizabeth, for inspiring our team with your story and determination.
