Betwixt the Shining Worlds and a half-forgotten dream, lies the realm of Lady Eureka, the Witch of Opportunity. Primarily a tropical island and lavish mansion, this kakera or "Fragment" is a reality that Eureka has taken refuge in after being rejected by the Golden Land.

In order to gain more faith and open the path to the Golden Land once again, the Witch of Opportunity seeks a reality with an unspoiled hub of belief and mystery- she locates the Bermuda Triangle, and encloses her Fragment there. Unseen, this island paradise exists at the center of an unexplained mystery, feeding her magic; Using this extra power, Eureka drags other Fragments closer to her island, and begins to pluck new toys, new believers from them to live on the island. What does this mean for you? It means you might have to start believing in magic and fairy tales... and monsters that go bump in the night.

Shining World is a panfandom roleplay which incorporates themes of Umineko No Naku Koro Ni, such as witches, magic, and the Golden Land. We do not require a full application to join, just reply to our Claims page; the game runs on a claiming system, which means you simply pick up characters would like to play. If you would prefer to write an application, we have a basic one listed there as well. We have the same standards as any other game, however; please be literate, be polite, and try to have fun!
