On July 8, we had the privilege of celebrating International Women in Engineering Day with National Grid and their WiNTR (Women in Non-Traditional Roles) network at the British Motor Museum. It was one of those days that leaves you feeling incredibly motivated and inspired by the sheer talent in the room 🤩 This year, the theme was Engineering Intelligence, and we looked at how we combine technical expertise with curiosity and soft skills to tackle massive goals like decarbonization. And while technology is crucial, the biggest takeaway from the day was that real, lasting innovation is ultimately driven by people and collaboration 🚀🤝 A few core messages that stuck with us: 👏 Innovation is a team sport Another participant shared that they don't believe in the old saying that "behind every great man stands a great woman," but rather that behind every great person is a great group of people. True progress happens when you surround yourself with a strong, diverse community. 🏁 Start with the pain, not the tools. We had a fantastic time running an interactive workshop focused on the innovation journey. Our core message was simple: innovation starts with empathy and curiosity, not just shiny new technology. Together, participants practiced "training their innovation muscle", learning how to focus on real problems, fail fast, and trust the process. From recent graduates to senior leaders across engineering, finance, and operations, the conversations were incredibly authentic and grounded. A massive thank you to the entire National Grid team for inviting us to participate and share our insights, and to Estefanía Araujo Bayas for representing N-SIDE. We are so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate and support such a brilliant community! 🌍💡 #INWED26 #WomenInEngineering #WomenInSTEM #Innovation #Collaboration

🚴 46 regular bike commuters. ⛰️ 3,000+ km cycled every month. 🔧 And last week, one very busy bike check at the office. When N-SIDE moved to its new offices two years ago, we made a clear choice: soft mobility should not be the difficult option. It should be the obvious one. So we built it into the way we work: Secured bike parking, showers, proximity to public transport, better access to cycling routes, and a mobility budget designed to offer real alternatives to traditional company cars. And it is working. 👉 Today, around 80% of eligible new joiners and end-of-lease company car cases choose a full mobility budget instead. In other words: more and more N-SIDErs are leaving high-emission car habits behind and replacing them with more flexible, lower-impact ways of moving. 🌿 Last week, we celebrated this growing community with a bike check at the office, organized with Pro Velo Belgium, followed by a group ride to lunch. 💡Simple idea. ✅ Better brakes. 🤝 Good conversations. 💪 A few extra kilometres. And a strong reminder that sustainability is not only about targets in a report. It is also about the daily choices we make easier for each other. We are proud of the cycling community that has grown at N-SIDE, and we hope to see more N-SIDErs trade traffic jams for bike lanes, car keys for mobility options, and “maybe one day” for “why not today?” 👀 Because the future of mobility is cleaner, healthier, more flexible and, judging by last week, a lot more fun. ☺️

From 1-in-5 to 1-in-3: N-SIDE’s growing impact on global drug approvals 🚀 Behind every statistic in clinical development is a person waiting for hope. That’s why we are incredibly proud to share a milestone that goes far beyond data and looks at the real-world impact of our work. Back in 2023, N-SIDE was proud to be involved in 1 out of every 5 new FDA-approved drugs. Fast forward to today  ⏩ we have leaped to supporting 1 out of every 3 (37%) of all FDA drug releases of 2025! 📈 This growth means millions of patients worldwide will benefit from these newly approved treatments. By leveraging advanced analytics to de-risk trials and optimize clinical supply chains, we help ensure these life-changing therapies reach the people who need them most, faster and without disruption. Key impact: 37% of new FDA-approved drugs: N-SIDE supported the journey of 17 out of 46 total FDA drug approvals in 2025. Broad industry diversification: We partner with a wide array of companies to bring diverse, critical therapies to market faster. Strong foothold in oncology: Oncology therapeutics is clearly a crucial area, not only for the world but in our daily work as well, bringing new hope to cancer patients and their families. At N-SIDE, our mission remains deeply human: minimizing waste, mitigating risks, and accelerating the drug development lifecycle so that no patient is left waiting. A profound thank you to our passionate teams and the visionary partners across the industry who make this global health impact possible. Let’s keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for patients everywhere! 👉 Discover how we can support you with your next clinical trial at n-side.com. #ClinicalTrials #LifeSciences #FDAApprovals #PatientCentricity #PharmaInnovation #SupplyChainOptimization

From April 26th to 29th, our N-SIDE Life Sciences department participated to The Global Clinical Supplies Group (GCSG). GCSG is a professional, not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical clinical supplies management. A couple of days packed with interactive workshops, keynote speakers, patient testimonials, and networking activities with professionals across the clinical supply ecosystem. One thing was very clear throughout the discussions: clinical supply chains are becoming more complex than ever. Trial protocols continue to evolve, global networks are expanding, timelines remain under pressure, and organizations are being asked to make faster decisions with less room for error. As a result, clear trends are emerging across the industry: • Greater need for end-to-end visibility across clinical operations and supply • Increased focus on scenario planning and agility to react to uncertainty • Stronger collaboration between ClinOps, Supply Chain, CMC, and Finance • Growing pressure to move away from fragmented Excel-driven processes toward more connected and scalable planning approaches Maxime Derep, Antoine Remiot and Dan Caramore had the opportunity to present N-SIDE's vision for end-to-end clinical forecasting and planning management, and discuss how pharmaceutical organizations can build more robust and flexible planning processes to better support increasingly complex clinical trials.

🚀 What does it actually feel like to start a career at N-SIDE? We caught up with two of our newest team members, Nicolas Sias, who joined us 2 months ago and Emma Haan, who is with us for more than a year to hear how their first few months went. They agree on 3 points : 1. Everything is framed and planned 🤓 No one likes "day one" chaos. At N-SIDE, your integration is planned down to the details. 2. Your responsibilities evolve with you 👣 We don't believe in "sink or swim." Your impact & responsibilities grow as your confidence does : you move from being a spectator to a key player. 3. Collaboration is key 🔑 Whether it’s technical mastery or social belonging, everything moves faster when you’re part of a team of passionate people who care for you. 🤝 At N-SIDE, we provide the structure while you provide the curiosity. Whether you are a seasoned expert looking for a new challenge or a rising talent looking for a solid foundation, we make sure you have the space to grow !
