グループウエア大手のサイボウズは2月1日，これまでの成果重視型賃金制度に加え，年功を重視した賃金制度を導入した。同日付けで運用を開始している。従業員は年功重視型か，成果重視型かを選択できる。 現在，サイボウズ従業員の平均年収は620万～630万円。一方，年功重視型では年収の上限が650万円になる。 年功重視型賃金制度の導入は，従業員に安定した労働環境を提供するのが目的。「社員の人生には育児や介護といったさまざまなイベントがある。年功重視型制度によって社員の満足度を高めたい。優秀な人に長く働いてもらいたい」（サイボウズの山田理 取締役/人事本部長）。年功重視型賃金制度によって，今後の新卒採用を含め，安定を好むタイプの優秀な人材の確保を狙うほか，少子化対策にも貢献したいとしている。 サイボウズが導入した年功重視型賃金制度は，勤務年数や日々の勤怠をもとに評価する。従業員個人の成果は評価しない。成
