“第一原発 ３号機で黒い煙” 3月23日 16時35分 東京電力福島事務所によりますと、２３日午後４時２０分ごろ、福島第一原子力発電所の３号機で黒い煙が見えるということです。現在、作業員を退避させたということです。詳しいことは分かっていません。３号機では、２１日午後にも、原子炉の建屋の屋上南東寄りの場所から灰色がかった煙が上がっています。東京電力福島事務所は、２２日正午の記者会見で、３号機の煙は、灰色がかっていたものが白みがかった煙に変わり、発生は収束に向かっているという見方を示していました。
