Updates

  • On too many projects, the connection between a common data environment and a geospatial workflow is still a person downloading files, saving a local copy, and uploading them somewhere else. That creates extra work, duplicate files, and a greater chance that someone is working from an old revision. Civillo Integrations are designed to remove that unnecessary handover. With direct integrations for 12d Synergy and Autodesk Forma (Construction Cloud), teams can connect their existing project systems to Civillo using their current permissions and credentials. From within Civillo, users can browse connected project folders, bring survey data, drawings, and models across directly, and review when updated revisions are available. The CDE remains the controlled source of information. Civillo simply makes it easier to bring that information into the geospatial workflows where teams need to see it in the context of the site. Less manual handling, fewer duplicate files, and more confidence that the information in front of you is current. ICYMI - last week Steve shared how you can integrate Civillo with 12d Synergy in under two minutes. ⌛ Comment below if you're interested in a trial of Civillo Integrations. ⬇️ #12dSynergy #Autodesk #Integrations #ConstructionTech #Collaboration #Infrastructure

Civillo and 12d Synergy integrated in under 2 minutes? That's what I presented last week at the 12d Tech Forum in the Birds of a Feather Survey Room. There were so many great sessions across the three days that you needed a time turner, Hermione Granger style, to see everything. So, for those who missed it, I recorded a quick video to walk through the integration workflow. This integration is now available to be added to any Civillo project. Give me a shout if you'd like to try it out for yourself! #12dTechForum #Integration #CivilloSynergySimple

  • Creating a vehicle movement plan shouldn't mean exporting a PDF and opening another program just to add the right symbols. Australian standard traffic symbols are now available directly in Civillo markups. Project teams can add the symbols they need to the same project view they already use for design data, survey information, imagery, and site context. That means vehicle and traffic movement plans stay in Civillo, without switching platforms or creating another static file to manage. It's a simple change to the workflow, but a useful one. Plans are quicker to put together, easier to update, and remain connected to the wider project information. Still need to export your plan to CAD? No problem. The export to DWG/DXF function will preserve your symbols in CAD format for easy sharing. Take a look at the new Traffic Symbols feature in action below. #ConstructionTechnology #TrafficManagement #RoadSafety

  • We’re heading to Brisbane for the 12d Tech Forum 2026! Civillo is proud to be a Silver Sponsor of this year’s forum, which runs from July 26-28th at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. We’re looking forward to spending time with the 12d community and catching up with people working across infrastructure, survey, design, digital engineering, and construction delivery. We’ll be there to show how Civillo helps project teams bring 12d, CAD, GIS, BIM, imagery and other spatial information together in one practical, cloud-based visualisation environment. There is more geospatial information on construction projects than ever before. The hard part is making the right information easy for the right people to find, understand, and use at the right time That’s where Civillo fits in. If you’re attending the forum, come and meet the team. We’d love to show you what we’ve been working on. • GEO Business and Digital Construction Week 2026 are officially in the books. Over the last two days, the Civillo team had the opportunity to meet construction, engineering, surveying, and geospatial professionals from across the UK and beyond. A key highlight of the event was Steve White's presentation, From Pilot to Enterprise: Scaling Construction GIS Without the Pain, which explored the real challenges of scaling geospatial technology across a construction business. Thank you to everyone who attended the session, visited us at Booth D640, or took the time to share their own stories and obstacles. Events like these are a valuable reminder that although every organisation is different, many teams are working through similar questions around geospatial data, implementation, adoption, and digital delivery. We appreciate all the conversations and are excited about staying in touch. #GEOBusiness #DigitalConstructionWeek

  • Great to see the new Loganlea Station come to life! Civillo has been proud to support the Martinus Group and Degnan teams as they deliver this project for Department of Transport and Main Roads. With so much more infrastructure to come ($127B over the next 5 years, per the Queensland Major Contractors Association (QMCA)'s latest pipeline report), the Civillo team are looking forward to spending a lot more time in the sunshine state! #infrastructure #construction #QLD #Brisbane2032

Loganlea Station Relocation project update 🚆 Works are continuing to progress on the new Loganlea station, with several key construction activities now underway. Since February 2025, crews have completed early works including site establishment, earthworks, drainage installation and soil nail placement within the noise wall. Major construction is now underway on the new station building, Platform 1, the park ‘n’ ride facility and the first section of the new pedestrian footbridge. Upcoming works will focus on the realignment of Armstrong Road near Logan Hospital, continued station and park ‘n’ ride construction, and platform fit-out activities. We’re continuing to make strong progress towards delivering a new, more accessible Loganlea station in 2027. 🔗https://lnkd.in/dhapZgX5

  • Civillo is heading back to GEO Business and Digital Construction Week London this June. Last year, we introduced Civillo to a UK audience. This year, the focus is on what happens when geospatial technology is rolled out across a construction business. On 4 June, our General Manager, Steve White, will be presenting: ‘From Pilot to Enterprise: Scaling Construction GIS Without the Pain’. The session will draw on a recent rollout where one contractor replaced fragmented GIS workflows with a single geospatial platform in under nine months. Steve will walk through how that was delivered in practice, including implementation, training, change management, and systems integration, and what made adoption possible without a large GIS team or seven-figure budgets. If you’re attending GEO Business or Digital Construction Week, drop in to the session or come visit us at Booth D640 alongside our friends at 12d. We’d be glad to connect while we’re in London. • Another year has flown by and the Civillo team would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported us in 2025! We remain incredibly grateful for all our customers, users, partners, and supporters. Your passion for what we're building helps to make every year bigger and better. Wishing our entire Civillo community a happy, safe, and relaxing holidays! 🎄🎉 See you all in 2026.

  • We're excited to be partnering with Aphex for this integration that will help our customers become more efficient by linking spatial context with sequencing of works. Interested in seeing how it works? Send a message to Sam or Steve for the details. New to Civillo? Book a demo with us here --> https://lnkd.in/g4D5bMBK

Nothing beats having an accurate visual sequence of the works to communicate and coordinate with your team and trades. But keeping that up-to-date is tough when the design changes monthly, the short-term plan weekly, and the site conditions daily. The integration between Civillo and Aphex reflects where the industry is heading. Modern delivery relies on connected systems that support the routines already familiar to the field. Civillo provides clear, construction-ready spatial insight. Aphex provides the platform for sequencing, coordinating and communicating work. Together, they give teams more confidence in the decisions they make. If you’re interested in seeing how this integration could support your project, feel free to reach out.
