We've received $1.62 million from Endpoints Capital under a funding facility secured against our anticipated FY26 Research and Development Tax Incentive (RDTI). Rebecca shared the progress being made across our two lead programs, including our CDH17 CAR-T Phase 1/2 clinical trial and our CORE-NK platform, along with the clinical milestones ahead as we continue advancing cell therapies for patients with high unmet medical needs. This morning at Piper Alderman we were pleased to host an AusBiotech briefing with ASX and a group of senior people from the #lifesciences sector. My colleagues Tim Clark, James Macdonald enjoyed collaborating with Kerri Lee Sinclair Lucinda McCann James Gerraty Melissa Kostopoulos on a strategic discussion in the wake of ASX's recently released Supervision Report Thank you to Justin Cahill Leigh Farrell Andrea Steele Rebecca Wilson (GAICD) Emma Cleary Rebecca McQualter Kyahn Williamson Nicole van der Weerden for insightful questions and comments. The ASX's stated intention to rely less on questioning releases before publication and more on looking back at patterns of behaviour will, I think, be helpful for the sector. I look forward to being part of the ongoing conversation as ASX takes a deeper look at some of the particular #continuousdisclosure challenges for the sector.

We've now treated four patients at the highest dose, Dose Level 3 of 450 million CAR-T cells, in the ongoing Phase 1/2 clinical trial of CHM CDH17. New preliminary data from two Dose Level 3 patients demonstrates encouraging signs of anti-tumour activity, with tumour shrinkage ranging from 17% to 40% in individual lesions and Stable Disease maintained for six months and four months respectively.
