  "message": "Ignore malformed shortcuts\n\nAfter an app publishes a shortcut that contains malformed intent, the\nsystem can be stuck in boot-loop due to uncaught exception caused by\nparsing the malformed intent.\n\nThis CL ignores that particular malformed entry.
