Images from Firefly and music from "Wicked"...how could this not be cool?
It made my cry a little. Really well done.

This is brilliantly done! It all goes by fast but don't watch it if you don't want even the barest hint of spoilers. This hits all the big moments. Fantastic.

Don't click if you haven't seen the movie. If you have, especially if you are a fan of the show, this is worth a giggle.

Here be spoilers...

I should have done the Shakespeare one...I know...but this one is so much fun. :)

When you see this on your list, Quote Firefly

Wash: "Psychic, though? That sounds like something out of science fiction."
Zoe: "We live in a space ship, dear."

Wash: "Everything looks good from here... (beat...playing with plastic dinosaurs over his console) Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive."
(as Stegosaurus) "We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land'."
(as T-Rex) "I think we should call it...your grave!"
(Stegosaurus) "Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!"
(T-Rex) "Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh...now die!"

Mal: "Does, uh... does this seem kind of tight?"
Kaylee: "Shows off your backside. Did you see the chandelier? It's moving."

Kaylee: "These girls have the most beautiful dresses. And so do I-- how 'bout that!"
Mal: "Yeah, well, just be careful. We cheated Badger out of good money to buy that frippery, and you're supposed to make me look respectable."
Kaylee: "Yessir, Captain Tight Pants."

I couldn't stop at one....

I need a Firefly icon....

I just had an IM conversation with my dad. Never though I'd see that day. LOL

I love my daddy dearly but he is no the most techno savy guy out there.

I on the other hand have shiny new toys from Apple. I am in baby geek* heaven. :-)

*I say baby geek because, although I love computers and gadgets I don't delve very deep into the hows and whys of it all. I like it when it all just works. And boy oh boy does Apple just work. WEEEEE!!!!

I'm at Mac Town playing with an iBook. Just testing how it feel to type on this. Its pretty close to my exsisting laptop finger-reach wise. they keys feel different though.

I'm pshyching myself up to make the switch back to mac. I really love the look and performance of OS X. If things go as planned I will have the money to do it soon. It may not be the wisest finacial move ever. But damn it I have been drooling over this thing for years now. I can see myself taking it with me more than I do my laptop now. My Dell has so many things that are screwy with it. My dilemma is weather to get the base model (no burner) and an iPod for music. Or get the combo drive and brn Cds. Having the ability to play DVDs would be nice but how often would I use that?

Feel free to chime in any time [livejournal.com profile] darkmoon I'd value your input here.

This is nice. Although my left hand is getting warm.

Guess I should wrap this up. The sales guys are begining to wonder.

I love the comercials for the new Apple Music service. Just saw the one with the skinny white boy singing "Baby Got Back" Too funny.

So [livejournal.com profile] darkmoon how addictive is the new service?
