Today marks an important milestone for ePointZero. We have completed our USD 2.25 Billion acquisition of Traverse Midstream Partners, establishing our first investment in U.S. natural gas infrastructure and our entry into one of the world’s most dynamic and strategically important energy markets. Through this transaction, ePointZero acquires minority interests in the Rover Pipeline and the Ohio River System — high-quality, strategically important infrastructure connecting low-cost Appalachian natural gas to growing demand across U.S. power markets, industrial hubs and LNG export corridors. It is the first step in building a long-term U.S. energy platform, aligned with America’s evolving energy landscape and grounded in disciplined capital allocation, essential infrastructure and durable demand.
