At Chattels & More, we believe that real growth starts with alignment. Over the past weeks, our CEO, Simon Zoghbi led a series of four sessions with both our sales teams and back-office teams, bringing everyone together around a shared direction for 2026. These sessions were more than presentations. They were a moment to reset, challenge ourselves, and move forward with clarity. We introduced our vision for the year, defined our key objectives, and most importantly, unveiled 2026 as our “Year of Shift.” A shift in how we think. A shift in how we operate. A shift in how we show up, for our customers and for each other. Because in a fast-evolving market, standing still is not an option. We must continuously raise the bar, rethink our approach, and push beyond what is expected. We also took the time to reconnect with what defines us at our core ; our values. Not as statements, but as daily behaviors that shape every interaction, every decision, and every experience we create. 2026 is not about doing more of the same.
