On International Youth Day, we brought 30 young Emirati voices together for one thing: real talk about the future of work. Our annual Youth Dialogue, part of our Future of Emirati Youth Initiative, united our Emirati talent with youth representatives from partner organisations for open conversations on the skills, challenges, and opportunities shaping careers in the UAE. Working in small groups, participants dug into four key themes: future work readiness, AI, work-life balance, and the path to leadership, turning their insights into concrete recommendations that will directly shape our upcoming Future of Emirati Youth report. Because the future of work isn't something we plan for young people. It's something we build with them. في اليوم العالمي للشباب، جمعنا 30 شاباً وشابة من أبناء الإمارات لنتعرّف إلى رؤيتهم لمستقبل العمل وطموحاتهم للمستقبل. وفي إطار «حوار الشباب» السنوي، إحدى مبادراتنا ضمن «مستقبل الشباب الإماراتي»، جمع الحوار شباب الفطيم الإماراتيين مع نظرائهم من المؤسسات الشريكة، لتبادل الأفكار والرؤى حول المهارات والتحديات والفرص المرتبطة بمستقبل العمل في دولة الإمارات. وتركزت النقاشات حول أربعة محاور رئيسية: الاستعداد لوظائف المستقبل، والذكاء الاصطناعي، والتوازن بين الحياة والعمل، والتطور نحو الأدوار القيادية. وخرج المشاركون بمجموعة من الأفكار والتوصيات التي ستسهم في إعداد تقريرنا المقبل حول «مستقبل الشباب الإماراتي». لأن مستقبل العمل لا نخطط له من أجل الشباب، بل نبنيه معهم. #InternationalYouthDay #AlFuttaim #اليوم_العالمي_للشباب #الفطيم
