Dear [community profile] yuletide author,

First of all & most importantly, THANK YOU you for signing up and thank you for participating in this year's yuletide. I'm certain that I will like almost anything that you write for me. And I sincerely hope that you have fun writing your story. I've tried to leave my prompts both in my actual sign up and below somewhat vague because I find that with most ficathons and exchanges, the more limitations that you set for your author, the less likely you're going to get something that you truly like. I want you, dear author, to be comfortable in whatever you write me. Please consider this letter a simple guideline but by no means anything set in stone.

Just updating the post, since I am too lazy to find the old one.

There's a new interactive LJ community called Whedonland On LJ for fans of Joss Whedon and his work.

From Whedonland On LJ 's profile: It's an interactive community, with a sense of competition. You will be placed in one of the teams : Dollhouse, Serenity, Sunnydale or City of Angels. You will compete against the other teams to defeat the apocalypse first.
To defeat the apocalypse first, your team must have the greatest amount of points on the designated date (this will happen every FOUR MONTHS). You'll learn more about this as we go on.

So far the community's been a lot of fun and it's just started. So come and check the community out. (I'm on Team Dollhouse but there's teams for Firefly/Serenity, BtVS and AtS.)
